As part of my mind, body and spirit transformation, I purchased Peurne’s larger cold water pod and have been blown away by the results. Knowing I’m about to do something uncomfortable has helped rewire my brain to tackle a daily challenge, strengthening my mental resilience. The cold water therapy i experience on every plunge shapes my mental focus for the day and has been a fantastic recovery tool after the long runs I do each day. I feel emboldened, alert, fresh and mentally active every time I jump in and for hours after. Incorporating this daily dip with exercise and good diet, I’m seeing noticeable changes in my body shape as the cold water helps melt away the brown fat cells in my body as it drops the core temperature and the body then naturally fights its way back up to a warmer state. The pod is large, robust, attractive to look at and easily fits my 6ft - 15st body in. With plenty of extra room.
If i were to change anything (and this is minor) I’d have a more rigid top cover so that rain doesn’t pool in the middle and weigh the cover down. Other than that, it’s a flawless pod and it’s doing wonders for my over all health and recovery.
